Curiosity about people
I have always been curious about what makes people come alive, what they are good at and what gives their lives meaning.
Music. Dance. Radio. Education. Career counselling. Neurodivergent learning. Ikigai. Life design. Each chapter shaped the work I do today.
I’m Archana — a Career, Purpose & Ikigai Coach, passionate about helping women find clarity, reconnect with themselves and consciously design what comes next.
I hold a Master’s degree in Music, and until the age of 25, music was at the heart of my world. From there, life took me through dance and stage performance, radio, Montessori education and international schools across different cultures.
I was also drawn to career counselling, helping students understand their strengths, interests and possibilities. Working with neurodivergent learners deepened my belief that each person is wired differently.
I have always been curious about what makes people come alive, what they are good at and what gives their lives meaning.
My own questioning and transitions taught me that a new chapter can begin without having every answer first.
Ikigai, psychology, strengths, emotional intelligence, archetypes and life design now form a richer lens for my work.
Career is explored alongside identity, wellbeing, relationships and aspirations.
Purpose becomes useful when it leads to choices and action in real life.
Your story, experiences and patterns become meaningful clues.
